ORDERING PROCESS
< Inquiry of Products >
Please contact rick@cradlesky.com foremost and give us a product list you plan to purchase and the country where you are located. We will answer back with total price including a shipping fee and bank transaction fee (if you choose bank transfer option), and delivering time.

<Payment>
3 payment option is available:
(a)PayPal
We'll send money request to your PayPal address for you to make payment through PayPal.
(b)Credit Card
We can accept credit card payment "only" through PayPal. Like PayPal money transfer, we'll send money request first, then make your Payment by your credit card.
(C)Bank Transfer
We will inform you our bank account details. Please note that the remittance fee and inward remittance fee is payable by the customer. We’ll let you know the fee when we reply for your product inquiry. Please make sure to let us know you prefer to make your payment by Bank Transfer, when you are sending us your product inquiry.

<Shipping>
Our product will be shipped by EMS. We'll tell you the shipping fee when we are answering your inquiry.

<Delivery date>
When the ordered item is in stock, it will take about 7 to 10days for most countries from Japan to your doorstep.
When the ordered item is out of stock, the delivery date will be notified when we are answering your inquiry.
